Whether it be questions about the Book of Common Prayer or the search for a devotional classic or the desire to pray with monastics, there are a variety of worship resources available online.

Some of the sites listed here are official materials from the Episcopal Church, others are from various traditions and expressions. Some are new; others are old favorites.

Common Prayer — The online version of the current Episcopal prayer book, as well as previous editions and those used by other churches in the Anglican Communion.

The Daily Offices — Morning and evening prayer services, including the readings.

The 1982 Hymnal — The text of the 1982 Hymnal with sound files for some selections.

The Lectionary — The full text of appointed readings for Sundays, and major and lesser feasts for weekdays.

Church Year Calendar — All the days of the Episcopal Church year, including lesser feasts and fasts, with hyperlinks to the lectionary and biographies of the saints. 

Forward Movement Includes the Anglican Cycle of Prayer and readings from Forward Day By Day, a devotional publication.

The Taize Community — Daily meditations, Bible readings, music, talking points and answers to questions of faith.

Anglican Church Music — General information on sacred music.

The Bible Gateway — Biblical research in ten languages.

Christian Classics Ethreal Library — Contains the Worldwide Study Bible and the Worldwide Encyclopedia of Christianity.

The Lord's Prayer — Contains more than 1,000 translations of The Lord's Prayer in various languages and dialects.
