Youth
groups at Good Shepherd offer a point of contact and build community for teen-agers. The community is a safe place for them to explore
meaningful questions and develop their own sense of spiritual identity.
Youth groups at Good Shepherd are first and foremost about forming relationships. As the relationships are formed, a community takes shape, building deeper faith pursuits. The youth worship, eat, play, discuss, share, dance — literally grow up and face life — together. Like the adult Christian community, this unique relationship matures in expressions beyond their own group. This community is challenged to reach out to the needs of those around us, through mission trips and other ministries.
